After we receive clear payment to our account normal delivery time is 1 to 2 working days for home and domestic sewing machines , Industrial machines can take an extra day or two as they have to be assembled tested and packed.. distant places add a day. public holidays must be added to this as couriers and carriers do not work public holidays.

Electric cutters portable bag sewers 3 months service. 3 months parts
Domestic sewing machines 1 year service. 1 year parts.
Domestic special machines , Semi industrial portable blind hemmer, cover stitch, Portable walking foot. 3 month service. 1 year parts.
Parts not covered needles, light bulbs, needle plates, bobbin cases, loopers, and hook assemblies as they can be damaged at any time in the normal running of a machine.
Warranty is to the original purchaser and is not transferable without our prior written consent.
Sewing machines that are not collected or delivered after service or repair or not paid for in full within 10 days will be charged $2 per day storage charge.
