Warranties. all warranties exclude freight or misuse.
Industrial machines 3 months service and parts. . Electric cutters portable bag sewers 3 months service. 3 months parts
Domestic sewing machines 1 year service. 1 year parts.
Domestic special machines , Semi industrial portable blind hemmer, cover stitch, Portable walking foot. 3 month service. 1 year parts.
Parts not covered needles, light bulbs, needle plates, bobbin cases, loopers, and hook assemblies as they can be damaged at any time in the normal running of a machine.
Warranty is to the original purchaser and is not transferable without our prior written consent.
Sewing machines that are not collected or delivered after service or repair or not paid for in full within 10 days will be charged $2 per day storage charge

Tax/GST Invoices:
We are GST registered GST and invoices are provided on request.

Pick-up & viewing:
Pick up or viewing is ok during our pick up times.8.30 am to 12 noon Monday ,Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday,

We are closed on Sunday, there is no viewing or pick up on Thursday . please phone 09 2693650 before and make a firm time before calling.

Delivery:
Prices will be as agreed and advised by email.
The "Buyer Delivery Address" must be sent as payment is made.

Any dates quoted by Bruce Morgan sewing machine co ltd, for the delivery of the products are approximates only and gathered from our courier company and shall not form any part of the Contract. Bruce Morgan sewing machine co ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products how ever caused.

the customer must notify Bruce Morgan sewing machine co ltd, they have inspected the goods (this notification must be confirmed in writing within two days) the Products will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the Contract.

Faulty Goods:
Bruce morgan sewing machine co ltd, Goods are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In the event that goods have a fault we will repair the faults, if this is not possible we will replace the goods (at our discretion) and only in that case that we cannot get a replacement will be give a refund. Refunds will only be given if goods are sent back with original packing.

Warranty:
The same process as faulty goods claims applies to warranty claims i.e. order of repair/replace/refund.

The warranty period begins on the date goods are received.

The Warranty provided by Bruce Morgan sewing machine co ltd, does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, courier, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Bruce Morgan sewing machine co ltd,

Any service response times stated by Bruce Morgan sewing machine co ltd, for the service or repair are approximate only and are dependant on our current work load,

Troubleshooting:
Bruce Morgan sewing machine co ltd, will provide general advice and technical assistance to Customers. Service and support offerings may vary from product to product.

Emails:
All emails sent to us must have your name and area and a phone contact and a possible reference number in the subject line for it to be recognise.
